What we Help With
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
People come to us for all kinds of reasons. Some know exactly what they want to work on. Others just know something feels heavy, or stuck, or not quite right, and they’re ready for support figuring it out. Both are welcome. You don’t need the right words or a clear diagnosis to reach out. You just have to start.
Here are some of the things we help with. This isn’t a complete list, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out anyway and we’ll help you find the right fit.
We work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and the kind of stress and burnout that doesn’t lift on its own. We support folks moving through trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and the big life transitions that can leave you feeling unmoored. We help with building self-esteem and a steadier sense of your own worth, and with the relationships that shape your life, whether that’s partners, family, or the ones you’ve chosen.
And because of who we are, we hold particular space for the parts of you that other providers might not understand. That includes gender identity and gender-affirming care, exploring your LGBTQ identity or coming out on your own timeline, and the real toll of racial trauma and the daily weight of moving through a world that wasn’t built for you. We also work with neurodivergent folks in a way that treats your brain as part of what makes you you, not a problem to be solved.
For many people, these overlap. You might be carrying more than one at once, and the way they intersect is its own experience. We see the whole of who you are, not one piece at a time.
Whatever you’re facing, there’s a place for you here. When you’re ready, reach out and we’ll take it from there.
