We offer support for individuals, children, teens, couples, relationships, and families. Our team of social workers, counselors, marriage & family therapists, and interns offers evidence-based therapy approaches to meet your specific needs.

Individual Therapy
Sometimes you just need a space that’s yours. Individual therapy offers one-on-one support focused on you and what you want support for.
It’s time set aside for you alone, with someone whose only job in that hour is to understand you and help you move toward what you want. No performing, no managing anyone else’s feelings, no explaining the basics of who you are before you can get to the real thing. Just you and a therapist who’s genuinely in your corner.
What that looks like is up to you. Some people come in with something specific they want to work through. Others come because something feels off and they want help naming it. You might work on patterns you’re tired of repeating, feelings that have gotten too big to carry alone, a hard season you’re moving through, or simply the ongoing work of understanding yourself and living the way you want to. All of it belongs here.
Our team can help individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, stress, burnout, ADHD, autism, identity, medical stress, and more.
Sometimes you need a place where your nervous system can feel safe enough to settle down. That’s one reason our sensory rom is also available to adults.
Just in case you’re uncertain, we want to remind you of this: you are worthy just as you are, and you deserve safety, validation, and support.
You may choose therapy with us because…
- You’re tired of code-switching with your therapist or doing all the explaining.
- You’ve been outed, misgendered, or pathologized before and won’t risk it again.
- You have a body that’s different, disabled, or larger, and though you know that’s fine, you’ve had invalidating, unsafe experiences with therapists.
- You’re a Black, Indigenous, or POC client wanting a therapist who already understands what racism does to a nervous system.
- You’re neurodivergent and want a therapist who doesn’t treat your wiring as a problem to fix.
- You’re exploring or navigating gender and want a clinician trained for this, who may have lived it too.
- You’re lesbian, bisexual, non-binary, intersex, asexual, aromantic, queer, agender, transgender, questioning, or any combination of these, and you want someone who gets it without making it weird.
- You practice consensual non-monogamy, are poly, or are in another non-traditional relationship, and want it taken seriously.
- You are a womxn who wants a therapist who can discuss gender and feminism.
- You have, or had, complicated relationships with family or faith who don’t see your identity as valid.
- You’re navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma and want a therapist who can hold it without flinching.
- You want to attend therapy in a building that is inclusive and intentional about providing a safe space.
- You’re hurting from long-term autistic trauma, and you want the hurt to hurt less.
- You’re an LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, or neurodivergent ally and want therapy where your allyship is valued.
