TC Mingus is the Intake Coordinator at Transformative Therapy, which means TC is often the very first person you connect with when you reach out for care. That first conversation can be the hardest part, and TC works to make it feel easy: answering questions, explaining how things work, and doing so quickly, so you are not waiting and wondering.

It is warm, attentive work that sets the tone for everything that follows. Every intake is really about one thing, helping someone feel welcome and supported from the very first hello.

In their free time, TC spends time as one of the support group facilitators at Salus Center, spending time with her family, and providing photography and videography services through her media company, Shutter Syrens Media.
